VISA INFORMATION

• Foreigners are required to obtain a nonimmigrant visa before entering into Myanmar.

• Foreign national who apply for visa must possess a valid national passport or Travel Document valid for travel to Myanmar.

• The validity of passport and Travel Document shall be at least six months from the date of entry into Myanmar.

• Valid for 3 months from the date of issued.

• Visa Application Forms are obtainable at the Embassy's visa section free of charge. Forms can also be downloaded from our web site.

• At present Myanmar Embassy in Tokyo is providing the following visa services:-

•      Monday to Friday (Holiday List click here)

•     Visa Hours Morning :  

•             09:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. (Visa Application Hours)

•             10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.  (Visa Collection Hours)

•             (12:00 ~ 13:00 pm lunch break)

• Processing Time Three working days
