Social Visit Visa (Single Entry)

• A spouse(a foreigner who married with Myanmar Citizen) of a Myanmar National, children of a Myanmar National and a Foreigner, or those who surrendered Myanmar Citizenship are allowed to apply only for a social visit visa.

  • Foreigners are required to obtain a before entering into Myanmar. Foreign national who apply for Social Visit Visa must possess a valid national passport or Travel Document valid for travel to Myanmar.

  • The validity of passport and Travel Document shall be at least six months from the date of entry into Myanmar.

  • Visa Application Forms are obtainable at the Embassy's visa section free of charge. Forms can also be downloaded from our web site. 

  • At present Myanmar Embassy in Tokyo is providing the following visa services:-

  • Monday to Friday (Holiday List click here)

  • 09:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. (Visa Application Hours)

  • 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.  (Visa Collection Hours)

  • (12:00 ~ 13:00 pm lunch break)

  • Processing Time Three working days

  • Valid for 3 months from the date of issued.

  • Maximum duration of stay in Myanmar is 4 weeks, extendable in Myanmr
  • Social Visit Visa fees is Yen- 4,500 per person

• Requirements

   

  1. Business/ Entry Visa Application Form (2-copies)

  2. Report of Arrival Form (1-copy)

  3. 3 original color photos (35 mm x 45 mm) of applicant taken recently, to be posted on Business/Entry visa application forms and Report of Arrival Form.

  4. Valid Passport (valid for 6 months at least from the date of entry) with the available visa page.

  5. Completely filled out all the forms and signed by the applicant (Signature should be same as in the Passport).

  6. Family Registration (Koseiki-tohon) issued by the local ward office

  7. Biography in Burmese (CV form) (Ko-Yay-Yar-Za-Win) (click to download) and passport copy of the Family Member who are holding Myanmar Passport

  8. Application Letter by the Family Member of the Myanmar Citizen.

  9. Completely filled out all the forms and signed by the applicant.  

  10. Visa fee Yen- 4,500 for each person should be transferred in advance (if you send your application through by mail) to the following account and submit the original receipt together with your application forms. (Payment from Internet is not acceptable. Some of the bank's ATM machines may not accept to transfer also. In that case please make payable at the bank counter services.)

လူမူေရးဆိုင္ရာျပည္၀င္ဗီဇာ (Social Visit Visa) ေလွ်ာက္ထားရန္ လိုအပ္သူမ်ား။

၁။ ျမန္မာႏိုင္ငံသား/သူ ႏွင့္ လက္ထပ္ထားေသာ ဂ်ပန္လူမ်ဳိးမ်ားႏွင့္ အျခားႏိုင္ငံျခားသားမ်ား၊
၂။ ယခင္ ျမန္မာႏိုင္ငံသားမ်ား (ျမန္မာ ႏိုင္ငံကူးလက္မွတ္အား သံရုံးသို ့ျပန္လည္အပ္ႏွံၿပီး ေပးေဆာင္ရန္ရွိေသာ ၀င္ေငြခြန္မ်ားကို ေက်ၿပြန္စြာ ထမ္းေဆာင္ၿပီးသူ ျဖစ္ရပါမည္။)

(အထက္ပါ အမွတ္စဥ္ (၁) ႏွင့္ (၂) ႏွင့္ ကိုက္ညီသူမ်ားသည္ ျမန္မာႏိုင္ငံရွိ မိဘေဆြမ်ဳိးမ်ားႏွင့္ ေတြ ့ဆုံရန္အတြက္ ျဖစ္ေစ၊ အလည္အပတ္ ျဖစ္ေစ၊ ျမန္မာႏိုင္ငံရွိ မိသားစုႏွင့္အတူ ေနထိုင္ရန္ ျဖစ္ေစသြားေရာက္ သည့္အခါ လူမူေရး ဆိုင္ရာျပည္၀င္ဗီဇာ (Social Visit Visa)  ရယူ ေလွ်ာက္ထားရန္ လိုအပ္ပါသည္။ (Social Visit Visa)  ဗီဇာရထားသူသည္ ဗီဇာရရွိသည့္ ေန ့မွ စ၍ (၃)လအတြင္း ျမန္မာႏိုင္ငံသို ့ သြားေရာက္ႏိ ုင္ပါသည္။ သံရုံးမွ ထုတ္ေပးေသာ လူမူေရးဆိုင္ရာ ျပည္၀င္ဗီဇာ (Social Visit Visa)  ၏ ျမန္မာႏိုင္ငံတြင္ အမ်ားဆုံးေနထိုင္ခြင့္ ကာလမွာ ရက္သတၲ (၄) ပတ္ျဖစ္ပါသည္။ ျမန္မာႏိုင္ငံရွိ သက္ဆိုင္ရာ လူ၀င္မူ ႀကီးၾကပ္ေရး ဌာန တြင္ ေနထိုင္ခြင့္ကာလအား ဆက္လက္ သက္တမ္းတိုးေပးရန္ ေလွ်ာက္ထား ႏိုင္ပါသည္။

လူမူေရးဆိုင္ရာျပည္၀င္ဗီဇာ (Social Visit Visa) ေလွ်ာက္ထားရန္ လိုအပ္ေသာစာရြက္စာတမ္းမ်ား။

(၁) သံအမတ္ႀကီး၊ ျမန္မာသံရံုး၊ တိုက်ဳိၿမိဳ႕သို႕လိပ္မူလွ်က္ ေလွ်ာက္ထားေသာ ေလွ်ာက္လႊာ။

(၂) ဗီဇာေလွ်ာက္ထားသူ ႏွင့္ ၄င္း၏ မိသားစု အမည္မ်ားပါ၀င္ေသာ ဂ်ပန္ႏိုင္ငံတြင္ လက္ရွိေနထိုင္သည့္ ရပ္ကြက္၏ ေထာက္ခံစာ (ကိုေဆကီတိုးဟြန္) (Kosekitohon) (မူရင္းတစ္ေစာင္)

(၃) သံရုံးမွ ထုတ္ေပးေသာကိုယ္ေရးရာဇ၀င္ပုံစံ (ျပည့္စုံစြာျဖည့္စြက္ေပးပါရန္)
(ပုံစံမ်ားျဖည့္စြက္ရန္ အတြက္ download လုပ္ၿပီးလွ်င္ လက္ေရးျဖင့္ ေသာ္ လည္းေကာင္း၊ MS-Excel ျဖင့္ လည္းေကာင္း ျဖည့္စြက္ၿပီး Print-out ျဖင့္ ေလွ်ာက္ထား ႏိုင္ပါသည္။)
- ဗီဇာေလွ်ာက္ထားသူသည္ ျမန္မာႏိုင္ငံသား ျဖစ္ခဲ့ဖူးပါက ဤပုံစံအား ျဖည့္စြက္ရန္ လိုအပ္ပါသည္။
- ဗီဇာေလွ်ာက္ထားသူ ႏိုင္ငံျခားသား ျဖစ္ပါက ၄င္း၏ (ဇနီး သို ့မဟုတ္ ခင္ပြန္း ) မွလည္း ျဖည့္စြက္ေပးရန္ လိုအပ္ပါသည္။) (ျဖည့္စြက္သူ၏ကာလာဓါတ္ပုံ (35 cm X 45 cm size) ကပ္ရန္ လိုအပ္ပါသည္။)

(၄) ျမန္မာႏိုင္ငံကူး လက္မွတ္မိတၲဴ
- ဗီဇာေလွ်ာက္ထားသူသည္ ျမန္မာႏိုင္ငံသား ျဖစ္ခဲ့ဖူးပါက ယခင္ ျမန္မာႏိုင္ငံကူး လက္မွတ္မိတၲဴ လိုအပ္ပါသည္။
- ဗီဇာ ေလွ်ာက္ထားသူ ႏိုင္ငံျခားသား ျဖစ္ပါက ၄င္း၏ (ဇနီး သို ့မဟုတ္ ခင္ပြန္း ) ၏ ျမန္မာႏိုင္ငံကူး လက္မွတ္မိတၲဴ လိုအပ္ပါသည္။

(၅) ဗီဇာေလွ်ာက္ထားသူ ႏိုင္ငံျခားသားမွ ျဖည့္စြက္ရန္လိ ုအပ္ေသာဗီဇာပုံစံမ်ား
- Report of Arrival (၁) ရြက္ (ကာလာဓါတ္ပုံ (35 cm X 45 cm size) တစ္ပုံကပ္ရန္)
- Application of Entry/Business Visa Form (၂) ရြက္ (ကာလာဓါတ္ပုံ (35 cm X 45 cm size) တစ္ပုံစီကပ္ရန္) (လူမူေရးဆိုင္ရာျပည္၀င္ဗီဇာ အတြက္ Application of Entry/Business Visa Form ကိုသာအသုံးျပဳပါသည္။)

(၆) ဗီဇာေလွ်ာက္ထားသူမ်ား ကိုင္ေဆာင္ထားေသာ ႏိုင္ငံကူးလက္မွတ္မွာ ေလွ်ာက္ထားခ်ိန္တြင္ သက္တမ္း (၆)လ အနည္းဆုံးရိွၿပီး ဗီဇာႏိွပ္ရန္ စာမ်က္ႏွာ အလုံအေလာက္ (အနဲဆုံးႏွစ္မ်က္ႏွာ) ရွိသည့္ ႏိုင္ငံကူးလက္မွတ္ (မူရင္း)။

မွတ္ခ်က္

၁။ တိုက်ဳိၿမိဳ ့ႏွင့္ အလွမ္းေ၀း ကြာေသာ အရပ္ေဒသတြင္ ေနထိုင္ၾကသူ မ်ားသည္ စာတိုက္မွတစ္ဆင့္ ေလွ်ာက္ထား ေဆာင္ရြက္ ႏိုင္ပါသည္။ ယင္းသို ့ေဆာင္ ရြက္ရာတြင္ ေလွ်ာက္ထားသူ ထံသို ့ျပန္လည္ေပးပို ့ ရာ၌ လိပ္စာမွားယြင္း၍ ေပ်ာက္ဆုံးျခင္း မရွိေစရန္အတြက္ ေလွ်ာက္ထားသူ ထံသို့ ျပန္ပို ့ေပးရန္ အျပန္စာအိတ္ တစ္လုံးအား အမည္ (ဂ်ပန္ ႏွင့္ အဂၤလိပ္ ဘာသာျဖင့္) ႏွင့္ ေနရပ္လိပ္စာ အျပည့္အစုံ ေရးသားၿပီး လ့ုံေလာက္သည့္ တံဆိပ္ေခါင္းကပ္လ်က္ ဗီဇာ ေလွ်ာက္လႊာ မ်ားႏွင့္ အတူ Embassy of the Union of Myanmar, Visa Section, 4-8-26, Kita-Shinagawa, Shinagawa-ku, Tokyo 140-0001. သို ့ ေပးပိုရန္ ျဖစ္ပါသည္။

၂။ အထက္ေဖာ္ျပ စာရြက္စာတမ္းမ်ားသည္ လူမူေရးဆိုင္ရာျပည္၀င္ဗီဇာ ေလွ်ာက္ရန္ အတြက္သာ ျဖစ္ပါသည္။ ျမန္မာႏိုင္ငံကူး လက္မွတ္အား ျပန္လည္အပ္ႏွံလိုျခင္း၊ ေကာင္စစ္ဌာနမွ ေထာက္ခံစာ ေတာင္းခံျခင္း ကိစၥမ်ားပါ တစ္ျပိဳင္တည္း ေဆာင္ရြက္လိုပါက ေကာင္စစ္ဌာနသို ့ ဆက္သြယ္ၿပီး လိုအပ္ေသာ စာရြက္စာတမ္းမ်ားအား သီးသန္ ့ စာအိပ္ တစ္အိပ္ျဖင့္ ေပးပို ့ ေစလိုပါသည္။

၃။ ထပ္မံ သိရွိလိုေသာ အခ်က္မ်ား ရွိပါက ျမန္မာသံရုံး၊တိုက်ဳိၿမိဳ ့၊ သို ့ ဖုံးျဖင့္ မနက္ ၉ နာရီမွ ၁၂ နာရီ၊ ေန ့လည္ ၁ နာရီမွ ညေန ၄ နာရီ ခဲြ အတြင္း ဖုံးနံပါတ္ ၀၃-၃၄၄၁-၉၂၉၁ မွ တဆင့္ဗီဇာဌာန သို ့ ဆက္သြယ္ေမးျမန္းႏိုင္ပါသည္။ ထပ္မံ လိုအပ္ေသာ စာရြက္စာတမ္းမ်ား ေပးပို ့ လိုပါက ဖက္စ္နံပါတ္ ၀၃-၃၄၄၇-၇၃၉၄ သို ့ ေပးပို့ႏိုင္ ပါသည္။
